Largest Hibiscus Flower in the World.  A Hybrid Developed by Dr Moy at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens.  A Texas Superstar Plant.  Root Hardy to Zone 5.  Dies to the ground in the winter.  Prune it back to the ground.  It returns in late spring early summer.   Very cold hardy, Drought tolerant, Alkaline soil tolerant. Salt tolerant.
